Please note that the use of unauthorized photographic and recording equipment is not allowed in our performance venues. We reserve the right to ask anyone disrupting a performance to leave the hall.
Lost and Found
Eastman’s Lost and Found is located at the Eastman Theatre Box Office. To learn if we found your lost item, you can call (585) 274-3000, or come by the Box Office Tuesday – Saturday, 12 PM – 6 PM.
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets.
If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, you may return your ticket to the Box Office for a tax deduction. We make every effort to match donated tickets with current Eastman students.

Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Events
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on single ticket sales. Subscriber exchanges are subject to availability and are not permitted once a concert has past.
Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Subscriber Exchange Policy:
Philharmonics, Pops, and Compose Your Own Series subscribers can exchange tickets in their series for any Philharmonics, Pops, Nutcracker, Sunday Matinee, or OrKIDStra performance at no cost, as long as the exchange is within the same price zone. If upgrading to a higher price zone, the subscriber must pay the difference.
Sunday Matinee and OrKIDStra subscribers can exchange into any Philharmonics, Pops, Nutcracker, Sunday Matinee, or OrKIDStra performance, but must pay the price difference.
